Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled House Painter with 2-3 years of experience who is proficient in delivering high-quality paint jobs with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, especially in cutting straight lines, and a strong work ethic. If you are coachable, have great character, and are looking to perfect your craft within a collaborative team environment, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting including filling cracks, small holes and fixing joints.
- Apply paint, varnishes, and sealants for a finished look.
- Perform precision tasks such as cutting in corners and trim.
- Ensure that all projects are completed to meet our high standards of quality.
- Work with other team members to optimize painting methods and techniques through on-site training and collaboration.
- Uphold the company’s mission to provide outstanding customer service that makes our clients feel like they’re part of the family.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of professional house painting experience preferred (On the job training available for candidate willing to learn that are coachable with less experience)  
- Demonstrable ability to cut a straight line and perform detailed painting work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented spirit.
